Returns and Exchanges

Your purchase makes an impact, and we want you to enjoy every adventure with your new deux mains sandals or accessories.
TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AS HAPPY AS WE ARE:

We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges with the following conditions:
 
 • All returns must be received within 30 days of the order date to receive a full refund.
 • If the return is received after 30 days from the original order date, any refunds will be in the form of an online store credit.
 • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 • Promotional items and gift certificates are ineligible for refunds.
 • Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or free exchanges on international orders. In order to place an international return or exchange, please contact us at info@deuxmains.com
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
 • Use the return form and shipping label that were included with your original shipment.
 • On the exchange form clearly write your name and order number, indicate that you are exchanging, and specify which product you prefer instead.
 • Place new, unused product with all original packaging, tags, and the original packing slip in the appropriate size envelope or box. You can also use a flat rate envelope (provided at your local USPS).
 • Paste the top half of the shipping label on the outside of the box.
 • Drop the package off at your local USPS (note that you will not receive a tracking number).
 • Please allow for up to 15 days from your ship date for your exchange or refund to be processed.Free exchanges are permitted once per order.

 • Place new, unused product with all original packaging, tags, and the original packing slip in the appropriate size envelope or box. You can also use a flat rate envelope (provided at your local USPS).
 • Paste the top half of the shipping label on the outside of the box.
Drop the package off at your local USPS (note that you will not receive a tracking number).Please allow for up to 15 business days for your package to get back to us.
