Styling Silk Scarves on Your Leather Bag
As the season shifts, it is often the smallest details that make something feel new again.
This spring we are reaching for silk scarves. Soft, fluid, and endlessly versatile, they bring movement, color, and personality to your everyday leather bag.
There is no single way to wear them. That is the beauty of it.
Three Effortless Ways to Style Your Scarf
The Soft Wrap
Loosely wrap your scarf around the handle for an easy, undone look that feels natural and relaxed
The Braided Plate
Mimic the weaving technique used in our leather bags by creating a braided “plate” with your scarf along the handle. Fold the scarf into a narrow strip, then weave or braid it along the handle, tucking the ends through for a secure.
The Side Tie
A simple knot at the base of the handle adds just enough detail without feeling overdone
The Statement Bow
For days when you want something more expressive, tie a soft bow for an elevated, playful touch
We love to add our scarfs to the Saddle Shoulder Bag as seen below.
How to Create a Silk Scarf Rose
Bring your bag to life with a blooming scarf rose. Use a black and white scarf for a chic, graphic look.
Step 1 Prepare the Scarf
Lay a square silk scarf flat and fold it into a triangle. Fold it again to make a narrow, long strip
Step 2 Form the Initial Knot
Tie a small double knot in the center of the strip leaving two equal ends. This knot forms the center of the rose
Step 3 Twist the Petals
Take the two loose ends and twist them together then bring them back up toward the knot. Alternatively, twist the scarf around your fingers to create the flower shape
Step 4 Secure the Rose
Insert the remaining loose ends through the center opening or around the back of the knot to secure the shape
Step 5 Adjust and Shape
Pull the ends to tighten then fluff the petals to create a full blooming rose appearance
A Glimpse of Spring
We are excited to introduce our new spring piece, the Bow Bucket Bag. Handcrafted in Haiti with a soft silk tie closure, it is designed to carry movement and style into every day.
Tie your scarves, elevate your bags, and be among the first to enjoy this seasonal favorite.
