Returns & Exchanges

Please return all unused and unaltered items within 15 days of the purchase date.  Please note, there is a restocking charge of $8.95 for returned items to help cover shipping costs. There is no restocking charge for exchanges.

Refunds will be processed minus fees within 5-7 business days after we've received and checked the item. Your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges and state taxes are non-refundable.

 - Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund.

- International orders, promotional or sale items, and gift certificates, are all ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

  - If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You may also consider a gift card at no additional charge to you. You will receive an additional $5 credit if you choose to select the gift card option during the return process.
