Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new bag.  If it isn't perfect, please exchange it for one that is! If you would like to return, please send all unused and unaltered products within 15 days of the purchase date. 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we've received and checked the item. Your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges and state taxes are non-refundable.

 - Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund.

- International orders, promotional or sale items, and gift certificates, are all ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

  - If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You may also consider a gift card at no additional charge to you. You will receive an additional $5 credit if you choose to select the gift card option during the return process.
