Shipping policy

 

FREE shipping on US orders of  00 and up, UK orders of £60 and up, and international orders of  25 and up.

We can't wait for you to get your Deux Mains and work to ship orders as fast as possible, but due to demand, your order may take 3–5 business days. Your patience is appreciated.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide. VAT and duties are included in the price you see at checkout, so there are no extra charges when your order arrives.

Return:

Please return all unused and unaltered items within 15 days of the purchase date. 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we’ve received and checked the item. Your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges and state taxes are non-refundable. 

• Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund
• International orders, promotional or sale items, and gift certificates, are all ineligible for refunds or exchanges
• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You may also consider a gift card at no additional charge to you. You will receive an additional $5 credit if you choose to select the gift card option during the return process. 

Exchanges:

Please make any exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date. Simply contact us at info@deuxmains.com to request your return shipping label, and include the original packaging, tags, and the original packing slip in the appropriate size envelope or box. Please allow 5–7 business days.
