Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping:

Our goal is to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Due to huge influxes of orders, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly and ensure you have a great experience with deux mains.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping but deux mains does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different cost per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.

Exchanges:

Please contact us at info@deuxmains.com requesting your return shipping label for any unworn and unaltered items. Exchanges must be made within 15 days of the purchase date. Please use original packaging, tags, and the original packing slip in the appropriate size envelope or box and allow 5-7 business days to initiate the exchange.

Returns:

All unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date to receive a refund. Please note, there is a restocking charge of $4.95 for returned items to help cover shipping costs. You may also consider store credit or a gift card at no additional charge to you. Original shipping charges and state taxes are also non-refundable.

Refund will be processed minus fees within 5-7 business days after item has been received and checked. Your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Only regular priced items may be eligible for a refund
  • Promotional items and gift certificates are ineligible for refunds.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Sale items will not be eligible for a return or exchange. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
