Today, every piece is ethically handcrafted in our Fair Trade, women run, solar powered factory in Haiti, creating dignified, fair wage work and sustainable livelihoods for artisans and their families.

Your Deux Mains piece is made to be loved and carried for years. With time and use, the natural leather will soften and develop a rich, unique character. Subtle variations in color and texture are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

To keep your leather looking its best:

• Keep away from excessive moisture, oils, and direct heat.
• If your bag gets wet, gently wipe away moisture and allow it to air dry naturally.
• When not in use, store your Deux Mains piece in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in a breathable dust bag to help protect the leather and maintain its shape.
• Avoid overfilling your bag, as this can affect its shape.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use a leather product suitable for your specific leather.

Fairness is our focus at Deux Mains, and although your Deux Mains product was crafted to last, there may be the rare exception. For any item that does not stand the test of time, please tell us, and we’ll be glad to replace or repair this for you.

Every Deux Mains genuine leather accessory and bag is ethically handcrafted in our Fair Trade solar powered factory in Port au Prince, Haiti by Haitian artisans.

Yes. We design our pieces with longevity in mind, using quality materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. If something goes wrong, our Guarantee covers repair or replacement.

Shipping

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping is available, with duties and taxes determined by the destination country and the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Unused and unaltered items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. An $8.95 restocking fee applies to returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.
