I went to see one of Billy’s shows and really brought into the ethos of the company. The t-shirt itself is fine but once the initial order confirmation came I heard nothing else. I tried to chase the order up and it took 3 days to get a response. To be fair once I actually got hold of someone the order was chased up I got an update from the company apologising there had apparently been an issue with customs. I then got a notification from the post office and the top arrived on next day delivery. However I have since re-ordered a hoodie which I am still waiting on . Again no update from the company about what is happening with the order. Such a shame as the ethos is great but need to get better at customer service and communication. So be prepared for a long wait if you order !!
